3.3 Health Data Experts

  • Provides access to a curated network of health data and AI consultants.
  • Users contract directly with consultants for advisory, training, or implementation support.
  • Some services may be provided under the Health Data Forum charity.

4. Registration & User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to book services.
  • Service Providers must pass a curation and vetting process before listing services.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • We are not responsible for disputes between Users and Service Providers but will provide dispute resolution assistance where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Users and Service Providers retain rights to their own materials but grant the Platform a license to promote their services.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
