Health Data Forum
The Charity Driving Ethical Innovation in Health & AI

The charity brings together stakeholders across sectors to champion a Data First AI Later approach — ensuring that technology serves people, not the other way around.
Health Data Forum Ltd is a UK-registered charity advancing ethical, data-driven digital health transformation. We believe that the future of healthcare should be built on a solid foundation of data quality, responsible AI adoption, and global collaboration.
Founded as the latest spin-off of Architecting Collaboration—a platform that began as a book series and has since evolved into a curated ecosystem of expert-led services in facilitation, digital health strategy, and ethical AI—Health Data Forum Ltd brings together thought leadership and practical action.
The charity also co-curates My Health Data Experts, a specialised consulting network developed in partnership with col.lab Ltd, connecting top-tier experts with organisations seeking to accelerate digital maturity in healthcare.
With support from founding donors such as the George Mathew Family Foundation and strategic partnerships across Europe and India, Health Data Forum Ltd is uniquely positioned to shape policy, build capacity, and deliver measurable impact through a growing portfolio of global events, certification frameworks, and cross-sector collaborations.
Our Mission
To promote the responsible use of data and artificial intelligence in healthcare through global dialogue, education, and expert-driven collaboration.
What We Do
-
Convene Global Events & Thought Leadership
We host the Health Data Global Hybrid Summit and support initiatives such as the Data First, AI Later movement — creating safe spaces for public and private dialogue around the use of health data.
Support a Trusted Network of Experts
Through the My Health Data Experts hub, we connect trusted professionals in digital health, data governance, and AI with organizations that need their guidance, all under transparent and ethical principles.
Foster Cross-Border Collaboration
Our advisory board and contributors span Europe, India, and the Americas, building bridges between healthcare systems, digital innovators, and public institutions.
Through our flagship initiative, Data First, AI Later, we bring together stakeholders from across regions to champion a more ethical, inclusive, and data-driven approach to digital health transformation. This movement, supported by organizations such as Health Parliament (India), i~HD (Europe), and a growing network of regional partners, serves as a platform for shared learning, capacity building, and strategic dialogue across borders.
Why It Matters

- Transparent governance
- Human-centered innovation
- Social value over short-term gain
Together, we aim to shape a future where data quality and human-centred AI are the cornerstones of digital health policy and practice.
