Warm Greetings,
I’m Paulo Nunes de Abreu, known as
Paul Nunesdea
in the English-speaking world, author of the
Architecting Collaboration book series.
As a collaboration architect, I create transformative spaces for dialogue and co-creation, fostering innovation and meaningful connections.
My mission is to empower resilient organizations and communities by leveraging intentional collaboration for meaningful transformation.
Our Collaboration Store connects organizations with top meeting experts from the UK and around the world, offering professional counsel and tailored solutions to elevate your meetings and events.
Beyond this platform, I co-founded Debate Exímio Lda, a col.lab spin-off dedicated to fostering dialogue and collaboration through initiatives like the Health Data Forum, the Health Regions Summit, and Digital Health Portugal.
Let’s work together to redefine how meetings and events create value, inspire innovation, and strengthen human connections.
We are building a vibrant community of meeting professionals through a unique 3-tier system, starting with Tier 1, which offers exclusive benefits and opportunities for early members. I am personally inviting my esteemed colleagues who share our commitment to the Roundtable Principles to join at this foundational level, where we can collectively shape the future of collaborative practices.
Warm regards,
Collaboration Architect, PhD, CPF

The fieldnotes book features several tables mapping the book's content with the IAF core competencies which you can use to quickly fine-tune your learning needs both as a facilitator or as a facilitative leader.
The fieldnotes book is written as a collection of independent articles that you can read according to your specific needs.
Facilitative Leadership is a people-centred and results-driven process of developing a supportive culture in the workplace that facilitates goal achievement through effective relational processes.
You can increase the performance of your teams and organizations by becoming a more skilful manager who masters the principles of group facilitation and applies them in practice.

This is not a conventional case study research. It purposefully concentrates on the self-learning process that constitutes the research, captured in the form of narratives, rather than day-to-day content from the fieldwork, as such it differs from mainstream qualitative research.
The reflections from practice, can be relevant to those who are concerned in bridging the gap between groupware-design and groupware-in-use and point the need to rethink the meaning of ‘technology’.
